Barramundi Seabass, also known as Bhetki, Koral or Asian Seabass is moist, firm fillets, a distinctive large flake and mildly sweet in flavor.  Due to its firm texture, it adapts well to most cooking methods:  Roast, Steam, Sauté, Deep-fry for fish and chips. 
 
The fillet is skinless, boneless and is sold frozen. Each package contains one or two whole fish fillets.
